I signed up for Aya’s coaching cohort in early 2015. There are many coaches and coaching programs around, but I knew her character and I’ve observed her life and the lives of her family. I wanted to learn from someone who was integrous and successful but also put God and family first. That person, I knew, I could learn from. That person is Aya.

Something that I also look for when working with someone is that they love what they do and feel ‘called’ to it. You get a completely different result with someone who has a passion for what they do than someone who is not. I wasn’t disappointed! When she announced that she had openings for her coaching cohort, I was so drawn to it because it was an opportunity to learn from the best. What I learned from that time encouraged me not to quit my work (which I had been considering). Since then, I’ve been promoted and I love what I do even more. The greater responsibility that I now hold rests on a firmer foundation in me. I learned a lot and even these years later, what I discovered about myself then, I used in the interview for my current job. One of the ladies from our cohort then, has been a source of personal inspiration and encouragement to me very recently. I am grateful for the push I got from that group to propel me to my current success. As Aya says, “Success leaves clues”. It’s true. The path to success is not hidden or just by happenstance or for the elite. We all can learn. I encourage any woman who feels the call to another level of greatness in her life to contact Aya. “By their fruits, you shall know them”. Aya is the real deal and her life story is awe-inspiring. Some people may have an amazing life but that doesn’t mean they can inspire the same in others. What sets Aya apart is her genuine love for others and a desire to see people thrive. For her this is more than a profession, it is a calling. I can attest to the fact that she is motivational and has a proven track record of helping her clients attain a high level excellence. In my time working with Aya as her coaching client, I have excelled professionally, and was named the Pharmacy District Manager of the Year for Rite Aid Corporation. I have thriving relationships and I am more physically fit. I have identified my purpose in life, a key knowledge that drives my day to day decisions. Aya has also been a prayer partner, helping me pray through some tough situations. Aya and I have known each other since our high school days and I believe one of the best decisions I made as an adult was choosing to work with her professionally.

From the first time I spoke to you in my timid, broken and recently suicidal place I knew you were a Light for my soul to follow. I never imagined I would be a privileged and forever humbled person who would be allowed to call you friend. My first encounter with you reminded me of all the good things I had suppressed in my life. I looked at only the brokenness and the darkness. You became for me a sense of Hope. Everyday common-sense things I knew and heard all my life would begin to take on a special meaning: they would pertain to me also. Since my first encounter with you, I have learned so much to help me along in my daily travel through this life. Each day I learn encouragement, parenting tips, how to solve problems, marriage and relationship advise, how to become an entrepreneur and put myself out there in a positive way. Enough said. You are my “life-saver”, my teacher, friend, sister and coach. I see in you the self-confidence, self-belief and courage it takes for people like me to be drawn to you. Each individual that comes into contact with you with an open heart will receive a warm feeling, a smile that says, “you too are special” and the confidence to believe in themselves–even if only a little–it’s a start. You have a special ability to ” shift” a person’s mind from being afraid/shy into a mind-set of confidence, positivity, and good morality. Your aspirations for each of us to be a success in life is a challenge for each of us to do better. You are a great leader who doesn’t find it necessary to minimalize yourself in order to make the world a better place. Simply put–I love you my friend. Thank you forever!!!!

Aya taught me to be mindful of non-productive activities and obligations that were stealing my time. By eliminating tasks that did not either advance my business or bring me personal joy I was able to take back my life and increase my revenue. I am conscious now of “busyness” vs business and carefully guard my time and work my plan. I look often at the opportunities ahead of me and I’m not afraid to tackle them. Aya helped me develop analytical skills to see the weaknesses and threats as well as strengths and opportunities and to make wise, informed choices. I no longer have a fear of the unknown. Aya is an amazing mentor/ destiny helper. She is brilliant, full of energy and a happy woman, wife and mother. Getting in touch with Aya has been of the best decisions in my life. I had to deal with issues of negative thoughts/ emotions ( not believing so much in myself). She has helped me trained my mind to think positively. Writing my daily affirmations down on paper each day and reading it out before setting out for the day has transformed my mind.
