What an incredible and bold book by Aya Fubara Eneli, Esq. So many books tell us that we need to love ourselves, but this is not always a natural instinct, so we really do need the tools for HOW to do that. In this book, the author takes the time to teach us how to build self-love, as a verb and an action, rather than a feeling. Every day has a powerful reflection, gives us affirmations that can be helpful, and makes sure that we leave the day with some solid and actionable takeaways. She really does bring to life the power of self-love as a journey and a revolution! I can’t wait to read this with some of my sister groups! Wow! The insight and wisdom provided in the first chapter of this book alone pays for the entire book! The author is very talented- everything from the structure to the content is intentional and effective. It is easy to read, while still being thorough and thoughtful, and the meditations and daily practices are great additions. As I continue reading the book, I can’t wait to see the value added to my life and those around me!
